Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use EasySms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The service

EasySms provides a unified inbox, AI reply agent and campaign tools for SMS, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Your responsibilities as sender

• You only message people who have given valid consent for that channel (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, WhatsApp Business Policy, Qatar CRA rules).
• You keep accurate consent records and honour opt-outs immediately. EasySms blocks messages to opted-out contacts automatically.
• Every marketing message identifies your business and includes a way to opt out (e.g. "Reply STOP").
• You respect quiet hours and local time restrictions for SMS marketing.

3. Prohibited use

No purchased or scraped lists without consent, no spam, phishing, illegal, deceptive or high-risk content (e.g. gambling or lending where prohibited). We may suspend accounts that violate this policy or generate abuse complaints.

4. Data protection

For contact data you upload, you are the controller and EasySms is your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement (available on request) forms part of these terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Plans, trial and billing

Trials last 14 days. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Unused message credits do not roll over unless stated.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate for material breach.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country.
